Product Description

The mobile bridge CMM is a multi-purpose geometric measurement instrument. It adopts a mobile bridge structure. The workbench and guide rail are all made of high-quality Mount Taishan blue granite materials. It has the advantages of high accuracy and stability, and is relatively less affected by the external environment. Mainly measuring the shape and position errors of small and medium-sized mechanical components, suitable for use in metrology rooms and production sites.

Main engine:
1) The main workbench of the measuring machine adopts a 3+2 support point selection. Through three rigorously calculated main support points, the deformation of the workbench and Y-axis guide rail is minimized, improving the accuracy of the measuring machine. The backup auxiliary support points effectively ensure the safety, reliability, and stability of equipment operation.
2)The frame adopts a fully enclosed structure and high-quality aluminum alloy material, which not only ensures the rigidity of the frame but also reduces its weight, improving the smoothness of the frame movement. In the design, a large span symmetrical design is adopted, effectively improving rigidity, reducing deformation caused by force, and doubling the dynamic measurement accuracy of the measuring machine.
3) The X, Y, and Z three-axis guides all use precision grade granite air floating guides, and the isotropic three-axis has the same temperature effect, ensuring the accuracy of the measuring machine under different temperature gradients.
4) Equipped with precision level air source filters, the filtration accuracy for oil and water can reach 0.1um, with a filtration rate of 99.93%, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the air flotation guide rail.
5) The arrangement of granite air floating guide rails strictly follows the principles of surface, line, and point positioning, ensuring both positioning and stability of the measuring machine's accuracy.
6) Precision grade granite guide rails have the characteristics of good stability, small deformation, and high hardness. When air flotation and guide rails are damaged due to friction.
7) Simply replace the air flotation for quick repair. Shorten maintenance work time and reduce maintenance costs.
8) The X crossbeam adopts patented technology, with a trapezoidal cross-section of 45 ° placement technology, which is 1.4 times the air floating span of a rectangular beam with the same height and width, effectively improving the accuracy of the measuring machine.
9) The Z-axis adopts low friction cylinder balance gravity technology, which can achieve convenient and real-time adjustment of balance gravity, improving the dynamic measurement accuracy of the measuring machine.
