Fully Automatic coordinate measuring machine is a multi-purpose geometric measurement instrument. It adopts a mobile bridge structure. The workbench and guide rail are all made of high-quality Mount Taishan blue granite materials. It has the advantages of high accuracy and stability, and is relatively less affected by the external environment. Mainly measuring the shape and position errors of big and medium-sized mechanical components, suitable for use in metrology rooms and production sites.
Main engine:
1) The measuring machine is designed using internationally advanced finite element analysis methods, and the host adopts a single-sided elevated bridge structure with good rigidity and light weight. Its structure is simple and compact, with small geometric errors, large load-bearing capacity, wide loading and unloading space, good motion performance, fast response, and the advantages of high precision, high performance, and high stability.
2) A fixed high-quality granite workbench with strong load-bearing capacity and convenient and fast measurement. The workbench support point adopts a 3+3 (2) support method, and the main support point is rigorously calculated to minimize the deformation of the workbench, ensuring measurement accuracy. The auxiliary support point ensures the stability, safety, and reliability of the measuring machine.
3) The arrangement of granite air floating guide rails strictly follows the principles of surface, line, and point positioning, ensuring both positioning and accuracy of the measuring machine and installation process.
4) Both the three-axis and main columns are made of high-quality granite, with a small coefficient of thermal expansion and the same temperature characteristics, thus possessing good stability, deformation resistance, and rigidity.
5) The three axes are all equipped with a static pressure floating guide rail composed of self-cleaning pre load high-precision air bearings. The bearing has a large span, strong resistance to angular swing, low resistance, no wear, and smooth movement.
6) The X guide rail adopts a hollow rectangular beam, which is lightweight, strong in rigidity, and has small dynamic errors, ensuring the stability of the machine.
7) The Y guide rail adopts a "convex" shaped structure, which has good structural rigidity, stability, and impact resistance; The Y-axis transmission adopts a patented structure, effectively eliminating lateral driving force, with high accuracy, smooth transmission, and low noise;
8) The measuring system adopts imported slot type gratings, providing accurate and reliable length measurement standards for the measuring machine, ensuring the repeatability of machine measurement and effectively reducing the impact of thermal expansion of the guide rail on repetition accuracy. All adopt a resolution of 0.1 μ The full closed-loop position detection system of m ensures the repeated accuracy of machine measurements; The grating ruler adopts a slot structure, with one end fixed and the other end free, facilitating temperature correction;
The drive system adopts internationally renowned high-performance DC servo motors, toothed belts, and precision gear and rack transmission devices, ensuring faster, more accurate transmission and better sports performance.
The control system adopts a three coordinate CNC system imported from Europe, which has an internationally advanced dual computer system with upper and lower positions, greatly improving the system's reliability and anti-interference ability, and reducing maintenance costs.
The equipment adopts multiple protective measures, such as real-time detection and protection of Z-axis balance cylinder pressure, delayed ventilation protection of starting air bearing, real-time detection of working pressure of air bearing, triple protection functions of soft limit, electrical limit, and hard limit, and long-term unmanned operation and power outage protection, greatly improving the safety of equipment use.
Equipped with precision air source filters, the filtration accuracy for oil and water can reach 0.1um, with a filtration rate of 99.93%, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the granite air flotation guide rail.
Before leaving the factory, the measuring machine undergoes a 48 hour continuous fault free idle operation test by the quality inspection department, ensuring the stability of the machine during the measurement process;
