The digital Brinell hardness tester adopts computer intelligent programming and photoelectric sensing technology in
its software system. By independently selecting testing conditions, it can display the test method, upper and lower limit range, measure indentation length, hardness value, conversion value, test force, holding time, and measurement frequency on the LCD screen. It can also input year, month, date, test results, and data processing, and can output measurement data through a built-in printer or connect to the computer network through a data interface.
The optical system adopts high magnification LED optical measurement, with high image clarity and adjustable brightness, and should not be fatigued during long-term operation.
The hardware system adopts advanced electronic sensor loading technology, and through a closed-loop control system, the CPU controls the sensor to collect signals. The stepper motor automatically loads and unloads the test force, and can automatically compensate for the test force, ensuring more accurate force values and more stable readings. Equipped with an emergency stop device, it complies with EU CE safety standards. Humanized operability, more reliable stability and safety.

7. By using photoelectric sensing technology and microcomputer control system, automatic compensation can be achieved, and the test results are accurate and stable;
8. Automatically input the indentation diameter, directly display the hardness value, and can achieve dual display of any hardness unit, avoiding the tedious process of looking up tables;
9. Self occupied design with high magnification LED optical measurement, high image clarity, adjustable brightness, and suitable for long-term operation without fatigue;
10. The shell is cast in one go, with a stable and non deformable structure that can work in harsh environments;
11. The surface is treated with car paint technology, which has strong scratch resistance and remains shiny and new after years of use.
