The PTS series of high-frequency X-ray machines select high-quality metal ceramic tubes and match Power Tree high-voltage power supplies and cooling products to provide customers with up to 6000W continuous working X-ray machines. It can provide a stable X-ray source for non-destructive testing, industrial CT, biological irradiation, thickness measurement, scientific research and other applications. The PTS ray machine modulator adopts high-frequency dual closed-loop control, without the need to add an auxiliary voltage-stabilized power supply. It can overcome the interference and fluctuation of the external network voltage through its own rectifier power supply, and the imaging is stable. It is not affected by the power supply fluctuations on the site of use, and fully guarantees the stability of the ray output dose. The bipolar power supply adopts dual modulator control to fully overcome the problem of voltage imbalance between the two poles caused by single modulator control and extend the service life of the ray tube. The whole machine has powerful protection functions, with kV and mA follow-up protection. For any kV and mA values, the protection value can be set to 1%-5%, and a slight discharge can achieve microsecond protection.
