The PTS series of high-frequency X-ray machines select high-quality metal-ceramic ray tubes and match Power Tree high-voltage power supplies and cooling products to provide customers with up to 6000W continuous working X-ray machines. Provides stable X-ray source for non-destructive testing, industrial CT, thickness measurement, scientific research and other applications.
The PTS ray machine modulator adopts high-frequency double closed-loop control, which eliminates the need to add an auxiliary regulated power supply. It can overcome the interference and fluctuations of external network voltage through its own rectified power supply, and achieve stable imaging. It is not disturbed by power fluctuations at the site of use, fully ensuring the stability of the radiation output dose. The bipolar power supply adopts dual modulator control, which fully overcomes the voltage imbalance problem between bipolar caused by single modulator control and extends the service life of the ray tube. The whole machine has powerful protection function, with kV and mA follow-up protection. For any kV and mA value, a protection value of 1%-5% can be set, and microsecond-level protection can be achieved with a slight discharge.
