Product Description

In the preparation process of metallographic specimens, grinding and polishing of the specimens are essential processes. After grinding and polishing, the specimens can obtain a bright mirror like surface. The MP-2T metallographic sample grinding and polishing machine adopts a high-end touch screen, which can adjust the speed of the grinding and polishing disc infinitely between 50-1000r/min. By replacing the metallographic sandpaper and polishing fabric, the grinding and polishing process of the sample can be completed, demonstrating a wider range of applications. The shell adopts integral vacuum molding, with a novel appearance, featuring smooth rotation, low noise, convenient operation, and high work efficiency. It also comes with a cooling device, which can cool the sample during grinding and polishing to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating of the sample.
