Audited Supplier PTK series fortified coolers are specially designed for different kinds of x-ray machines's cooling, divided into forced air cooling and refrigeration compressor cooling, they can fit X-ray tube's long-term continuous operation, low failure rate, high reliability, with accurate temperature (switching value,analog value) and flow alerting signal. Forced air cooling products can meet daily work less than 1800W continuous real-time imaging and batch film transillumination.
-When room temperature exceed 32ºC for water cooler , suggested use compressor refrigeration.
-When room temperature exceed 42ºC for oil cooler, suggested use compressor refrigeration.
-Before leave factory water cooler is added -30ºC cooling fluid as cooling medium, for preventing cooling fluid iced to cause X-ray tube damaged in cold regions.
-Cooling fluid in oil cooler uses unfrlozen transformer oil with dielectric strength per 2.5mm>50kV in -30ºC.
- All coolers have filter in it, to prevent impurities clogging the X-ray tube
-All coolers's outlet pipes are connected with standard quick coupling, convenient for quick installation.
