Product Description

Major Function 
The salt spray testing machine is designed to test the corrosion resistance of products made of various materials after electroplating, anodizing, spraying, and rust proof oil anti-corrosion treatment.

The equipment can reach any temperature point between room temperature and 55 ºC within the experimental workspace and maintain a constant temperature.

The material used for manufacturing this equipment is welded from corrosion-resistant domestic Grade A PVC plastic sheets, which does not affect the test results. During the design work of this equipment, the internal and external pressures are balanced, and salt spray will not directly spray onto the sample. Moreover, the design takes into account the generation of condensate on the top, inner walls, and other parts of the equipment. Therefore, during the testing process, the condensate will not drip onto the sample and affect the test results.

Performance characteristics
- The test case body is made of light gray corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant PVC board, with a thickness of 8mm and a durable temperature of 65 ºC.
- The sealing of the laboratory cover is made of light-gray acrylic impact resistant plate with a thickness of 5mm, which does not distort or deform during high-temperature use. Equipped with an open cover support rod, the cover can be opened at any angle, saving installation space. The stainless steel base with pulleys is convenient and beautiful.
- Hidden integrated test drug supplement bottle, easy to clean and easy to operate
- The pressure air drum adopts stainless steel, which have the best insulation effect and are resistant to high pressure.
- Two layer test sample rack, can adjust the angle and height of the sample arbitrarily, with uniform fog on all sides, completely consistent fog exposure, accurate test results, and a large number of test samples placed. (Customizable according to customer product requirements)
