The equipment has the characteristics of large measurement stroke, fast detection efficiency, and high detection accuracy. The equipment is equipped with a variety of image measurement modules to meet the measurement of different workpieces. The equipment is composed of a high-precision control system and a high-precision image detection module. The motion control system uses imported servo motors, grinding grade ball screws, and high-resolution grating rulers, with high positioning accuracy and low noise. The image detection module uses a high-resolution camera, an automatic zoom lens, a multi angle circular light source, and an LED far core cold light source, which can achieve two-dimensional plane size detection of different workpieces such as contour, points, lines, circles, arcs, and distances.
